We are the one of growing fast coal company in Indonesia, there are currently operate and explore locations in the key commercial coal area East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua.

In response to our continuing fast growth, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

1. Mine Manager
Requirement:

• Male, max 40 years old,
• University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
• KTT Certificates holder (POP, POM & POU) is a must,
• Having 8 years experiences in mining with min 5 years in managerial post,
• Financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibility,
• Proven experience in managing Mine Planning teams,
• Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC),
• AMDAL knowledge,
• Superior written and oral communication skills,
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and report writing skills,
• Strong leadership and people management skills,
• Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

2. Accounting Manager
Requirement:

• Male / Female, age max 32 years,
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Accounting,
• Min 7 years working experiences and at least 2 years in the same position, from any vary industries, preferable having several years experiences in public accountant,
• Familiar and experienced with financial product such as Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, etc.,
• Excellent with computer skill, good knowledge at MYOB system is a must,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Accurate, Fast Learner, High Integrity, Firm, and good teamwork,
• Strong Leadership,
• Base on Head Office – Jakarta.

3. Sr. Mine Engineer / Sr. Mine Plan (Operations)
Requirement:

• University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
• Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
• Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Having POM Certificate,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

4. Sr. Mine Supervisor (Operations)
Requirement:

• University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
• Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
• Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Having POP Certificate, preferable POM Certificate completed,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

5. Sr. Maintenance Supervisor
Requirement:

• University Graduate, majoring Electrical Engineer,
• Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
• Min 4 years working experiences,
• Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Having experiences on : Plant Maintenance, Instrumentation Electrician, Electrician Camp Maintenance, Crusher Plant, Conveyor, Powerhouse (Generator Set),
• Strong Leadership and hard working,
• Having POP Certificate,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

6. Sr. Mine Geologist
Requirement:

• University Graduate, majoring Geologist,
• Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
• Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM, SURPAC,
• Expert in all activities and coal handling from Pit to Port,
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Having POP Certificate,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

7. Sr. Mine Surveyor
Requirement:

• University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
• Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
• Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

8. Sr. Project Engineer
Requirement:

• Male, age min 35 – 40 years,
• University Graduate, majoring Mechanical Engineer,
• Min 8 years experiences, preferably working in mining industry,
• Strong knowledge & experience with: mechanical, civil, and electric,
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Good communication in English (both written & spoken),
• Expert in using computer engineering software,
• Based on Jakarta Office, but flexible to go on site or any place needed to survey.

9. HSE Supervisor
Requirement:

• Graduate in Engineering or having qualification in HSE,
• Max age 38 years old,
• At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in the same position from mining industry,
• Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team,
• Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE,
• Having knowledge on HSE Management System,
• Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken),
• Strong leadership,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

10. Administration Supervisor
Requirement:

• Male, max 36 years old,
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Administration or Management,
• Having minimum at least 5 years experiences, and 2 years in the same position,
• Understand of Personnel System and Legal,
• Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit,
• Discipline and hard working,
• Strong Leadership,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.
