PT BORNEO ALAM SEMESTA. Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

1. Project Manager (CODE: PM)

• Site based Position (Kalimantan)
• S1 degree Mining.
• Minimum 3 years experience in mining project at superintendent level.
• Hold the POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) license
• Able to demonstrate to lead a team of people in improvement rich environment

2. Sr. Geologist ( Code : SG )

• Site based Position (Kalimantan)
• S1 degree Geology.
• Minimum 10 years experience as Geology in mining project at l.
• Hold the POP / POM license
• Able to used auto cad and other software mapping

3. Project Cost Control ( Code : PCC )

• Site based Position (Kalimantan)
• S1 degree on Civil/Mining.
• 1 years experience in construction/mining project
• Have experience to develop budget for project activities.
• Computer literate

4. Mining Supervisor ( Code : MS )

• High School graduate or S1 degree Mining.
• Minimum 4 years experience as mining supervisor .
• Hold the POP license
• Have ability to operate most of type mining equipment
• Have ability in employee’s supervision and good communication skill

5. Plant Supervisor ( Code : PS )

• Technical High School graduate or S1 Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position
• Have ability in employee’s supervision
• Able Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.

6. Plant Planner Supervisor ( Code PPS )

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Having 3 years experience in Mining/heavy equipment company as planner
• Having knowledge and experience to ensure and monitoring production performance
• Able to communicate openly and honestly at all times.

7. Mining Engineer ( Code : ME )

• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Mining software skills ( minescape, etc )
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license

8. Camp Officer ( Code : CO )

• Minimum diploma degree
• Have experience to organize camp facilities
• Computer literate
• Good Communication skill

9. Account Officer (Code : AO )

• S1 accounting
• Have 2 years experience in accounting & finance
• Able to prepare the financial report
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting Application program

10. Administration ( Code : Adm )

• S1 degree administration
• Have 2 years experience in related position
• Able to making weekly, monthly report of the all administration matter
• Computer Literate
• Able to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the project.
