Summary Position:
To advise and ensure the Company and management to operate the PSC in accordance with the prevailing local and international laws and regulations and policies set by the Company in order to avoid or to minimize adversary legal exposures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor s degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years experience with previous channeling to respective Government agencies (SKKMigas, Migas, Etc.)
- Basic Knowledge in SKK Migas Regulations or PTK 007
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Language Proficiency – Good in English both written & speaking
- Office Computer standard skill
