Balga Energy Mine Plan Engineer

To support our current and upcoming business development, Balga Energy is inviting qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the following position:

1. GM OPERATION

Responsibilities:
The General Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geology.
  • Minimum 15 years experiences in coal and nickel mining operation project.
  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a mining operating environment is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices, with outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results.
  • Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
  • Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
  • Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
  • An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
  • Preferably a qualified KTT or held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
  • Strong commitment to safety.

2. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Mining engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
  • Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Surpac, Map info, Auto cad.
  • Well organized, strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Willing to travel or located in remote area.

3. PRODUCTION MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 3 years in managerial level as Production Department Head.
  • Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
  • Minimum POM certificate.
  • Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power).
  • Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
  • Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR.
  • Work in detail, time & target managed and oriented.
  • Willing to travel or located in remote areas.

4. MINE EXPLORATION MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Geology or Mining engineer.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in both exploration and production roles.
  • Ideally with current experience as an Exploration Manager or Technical Team Leader.
  • Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with drilling equipment & exploration method, mine space, mine development, Auto cad.
  • Understanding Exploration and drilling activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
  • Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Willing to travel or located in remote area.

5. SITE MANAGER COAL & MINERAL MINING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).
  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
  • Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, and reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
  • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Willing to be located at remote area.

6. GEOLOGIST (SENIOR/JUNIOR)

Requirements:

  • S1 Degree in Geology Engineering.
  • Min 5 years experience in long-term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports (Senior), Min. 2 years experience as Geologist (Junior).
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Computer literate, particularly Mapinfo /ArcGIS.
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity.

7. SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

  • Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
  • Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
  • Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
  • Preparation of plan from field survey.
  • Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:

  • Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
  • Having minimum within 3 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
  • Capable for processing data form Total Station.
  • Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
  • Willing to be located in remote areas.

8. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering.
  • Min 3 years experiences in the same position.
  • Experience in short term and long-term mine planning also compare with production requirement.
  • Good knowledge and experience in mine planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation.
  • Familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and schedulling software).
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
  • Preferably hold POP certification.
  • Willing to be located in remote areas.

9. HRDGA MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
  • Excellent knowledge in HR system, procedures performance management, Indonesian labor law & regulation relation, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and development industrial relation and general affairs matter.
  • Minimum 8 years experiences in a similar position or in senior management position.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong leadership skills and good team work.
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
  • Preferably candidates from mining industry.
  • Willing to travel or located in remote area.

10. INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Min. 5 years experiences in cut & fill project, roads and bridges, construction, building, the program countour soil, measurement, budgeting, calculation of material and certified experts.
  • Preferably Ms Office and Autocad, Land Development, Soft Desk & other engineering software.
  • Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
  • Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
  • Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.
  • Willing to travel or located in remote area.
