PT Lahai Coal is a Coal Contract of Work (CCOW) and is a joint venture between BHP Billiton and Adaro located in the Central Kalimantan Province.

BARGING OPERATIONS

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to supply contract barge services for the movement of outbound coal product from Muara Tuhup River Port , which includes:

• Supply all plant, equipment, personnel, goods, materials, facilities, services and consumables required to carry out the contract barge services;
• Providing all navigation, pilot age, operating formalities, certificates, licences, consents, clearances, permits and other approvals required in order to lawfully carry out the contract barge services.

• Obtaining all required Customs & Import clearances, permits and operating licensee that the contractor requires to deliver service.

ANALYTICAL SERVICES

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to supply coat quality, environmental and fuel analytical services including:

• The collection of required coal, environmental and fuel samples as scheduled, and analysis as specified;
• Maintain required certifications and QAQC standards;
• Holding all permits and operating licenses that the contractor requires to deliver service.

MINE CONTRACT OPERATIONS

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to supply the following mine operation services:

• Management of the mining operations, including clearing and grubbing, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil, overburden drill and blast, overburden removal and haulage and progressive mine rehabilitation;
• Construction, maintenance and operation of mine haul roads and water management facilities, mine accommodation, utilities and communications;
• Obtaining or holding all permits and operating licenses that the contractor requires to deliver the services.

MINE ROAD HAULAGE CONTRACT OPERATIONS

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to supply an integrated contract haulage service including:

• Management of the haulage operation, supply and installation of suitable truck maintenance and office facilities, road maintenance and dust suppression;
• Reclaim of coal from either ROM stockpile or directly from in-pit and transport of coal to nominated port stockpiles (43km);

MINE INFRASTRUCTURE ESTABLISHMENT

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to design, procure and construct mine infrastructure facilities including:

• Site bulk earthworks, water management structures, access, haul roads, services, utilities, communications, explosive magazine, helicopter landing facilities and ROM stockpile facility;
• Site offices, medical facilities, camp accommodation;
• Mine equipment workshops, wash down pads, warehouses, gas storage, weighbridge, fuel and lubricant storage.

EXPORT PORT KALIMANTAN

This request is to seek interested prospective contractors to pre-qualify to supply contract export port services for the outbound coal product, which includes:

• Unloading of coal from barges, handling and storage of coal, reclaiming of coal and loading of coal into Panamax and/or Handymax Ships
• Supply all plant, equipment, personnel, goods materials, facilities, services and consumables required to carry out the contract port services;
• Providing all operating formalities, certificates, licences, consents, clearances, permits and other approvals required in order to lawfully carry out the contract port services.

PT Maruwai Coal is inviting expressions of interest for the following contract package associated with development and mining of Coal Resource for PT Maruwai Coal.PT Maruwai Coal is a Coal Contract of Work and is a joint venture between BHP Billiton and PT Adaro Energy located in the Central Kalimantan Province.

LAMPUNUT NORTH ROAD

This request is to seek interested prospective Contractors to Pre-Qualify for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Lampunut North Road located in Central Kalimantan :

• 32km (approximately) of new bitumen sealed road and all associated drainage works
• Five major bridges along the road alignment ranging from 40 meter to 100 meter spans
• Lampunut Mine Industrial Area (MIA) Pad
• Includes detailed engineering design of the 32km new road section and associated culverts, the five major bridges and Lampunut MIA Pad.
• Includes all non-manual and manual management, supervision and labour, materials, consumables, plant equipment (except those defined as free issue), construction equipment, fabrication, transportation, tools, (including equipment and special tools), staging, scaffolding, installing, testing, receiving, handling, storage, maintenance and preservation, mobilization and demobilization, incidental services and facilities, and all other items of expense required to complete the works.
• Includes all temporary facilities and works, including but not limited to, temporary accommodation and messing, security, transportation of all personnel, offices, workshops, first aid facilities, communications, water, power, logistics, drainage, portable toilets, crib rooms, and other facilities necessary to carry out and complete the works.
• The road and bridges will be designed to accommodate 125 ton Gross Combination Mass trucks with trailers.

1. IndoMet Project Requirements

Potential contractors shall submit an Expression of Interest which includes:

a.Details of experience, technical capability and past performance.
b Details of company profile and audited financial statements.
c.Details of company qualification as a tocal Mining Services Company (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Lokal) or a National Mining Services Company’ (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Nasional) as defined under the Indonesian Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 28 of 2009 on the Administration of Mineral and Coal Mining Services Business.
d) All documents must be in Work, Excel or PDF format only.
e) For package Ref Nos:25629-000-GSC-PTLC-1 2068, 25629-000-GSC-PTLC-12070, 25629-730-HC2-C000-00073 please confirm if a Performance Bond can be provided, and indicate US Dollar limit.

Potential contractors may then be invited to pre-qualify for the tender process.
