Business Development Head (Food & Beverage Concepts of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk.)

• He/she has to lead, direct and control all business development activities (real estate, asset management, project and constructions, facilities) to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the executive level to develop an implement a business development strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities.
• Male/Female aged 35 – 45.
• 5 – 7 years Real Estate experience (retail restaurants or banking will be an advantage).
