Requirements:
- Minimum 6 (six) years progressive responsibility in results driven marketing sales environment, with a minimum of 3 (three) years responsibility in senior management level. Individuals with promotions based experience will have an advantage
- Strong understanding of Call Centre Operations
- Passionate about achieving results
- Proactive, with excellent communication skills, professionalism and respect, including fluent written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Able to work hard in high pressure environment and flexible with working hours
