Due to our continuous rapid growth and development we are now seeking a professional to join our team and become a member of the Top Management Team as:

1. Senior Vice President: Chief Operating Officer – Integrated Facility Services
2. Vice President: General Manager IFS for Surabaya and Medan (2 positions) (Profile and requirement’s description apply as per below with lesser experience and capability).
3. Integrated Facility Managers (12) positions in Jakarta, Bandung & Medan (Profile and requirement’s description apply as per below with lesser experience and capability).

ISS Indonesia is now entering the next level of it’s development by integrating our service offerings professionally where cleaning services, security services, parking management, office supports, pest control  etc will be under supervision of an IFS Manager who accountable for the quality and the results in coordination with other divisional heads in the company.

Reporting to the President Director and leading Vice Presidents – General Managers of Surabaya, Medan and Bandung as well as a few Assistant Vice President’s Team in Jakarta, SVP: Chief Operating Officer -IFS will be responsible for developing and implementing the IFS strategy and ensuring their value proposition, growth and profitability objectives are achieved, while coordinating in-house resources to ensure demanding contract requirements and service levels are met.

You must have a proven and successful track record of managing and motivating IFS and or FM in sectors with medium to long term contract cycles, ‘leading by examples’, taking personal responsibility for a small number strategically important corporate accounts. A strong negotiator and communicator, you will be results and relationship driven, tenacious with an infectious passion and enthusiasm that gets results.

We require a real professional who knows how to create credible solution by combining outstanding business development, project management and commercial management capabilities.
