We are an integrated services company to the Coal Bed Methane (CBM) sector, with the primary focus on Indonesia. Since then, PT Coal Gas Solutions has been established in Jakarta and now serves as the company s operational headquarters.

Now, we are urgently seeking for suitable candidates to fulfill the position as attached qualification

1. Driller

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference
• 10+ years experiences on a drilling rig in positions of Roustabout, Floorhand, Assistant Driller, etc.
• 5+ years as a Driller, Cyber Rig preferred
• Must have valid Well Control or MIGAS Certificate
• Other certificates (H₂S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer
• Able to speak English
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work at the field- Have knowledge of basic math
• Must good reasoning ability and common sense
• Must remain calm in emergency situations to ensure safety of crew
• Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself or others
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

2. Rig Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have formal technical or management training
• A Bachelor of Science in engineering or business is preferred
• Must have valid Well Control or MIGAS Certificate
• Other certificates (H₂S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer
• 20+ years progressive experience of drilling operations
• 5+ years as Superintendent
• Onshore drilling knowledge
• Knowledge of industry codes and regulations
• Man management experience
• Leadership and employee development skills, able to lead, motivate coach and mentor
• The ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

3. Tool Pusher (Drilling)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference
• 10+ years experiences on a drilling rig in positions of Roustabout, Floorhand, Assistant Driller, Driller, Toolpusher
• 5+ years as Tool Pusher
• Must have valid Well Control or MIGAS Certificate
• Other certificates (H₂S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer
• Able to speak English
• Computer literate
• Willing to work at the field, yard and office if needed
• Have knowledge of basic math
• Must have good reasoning ability and common sense
• Must remain calm in emergency situations to ensure safety of crew
• Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself or others
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

4. Assistant Driller

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference
• 5+ years experiences on a drilling rig in positions of Roustabout, Floorhand, etc.
• 2+ years experience as Assistant Driller
• Must have valid Well Control or MIGAS Certificate
• Other certificates (H₂S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer
• Able to speak English
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work at the field
• Have basic math knowledge
• Must have good reasoning ability and common sense
• Must remain calm in emergency situations to ensure safety of crew
• Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself or others
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

5. Rig Electrician

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a High School degree
• 10+ years experiences on a drilling rig in positions of Electrician, or in a mining / civil environment working with diesel hydraulic equipment including PLC
• Having TRAKINDO or UNITED TRACTOR or HYDRAULIC TOP DRIVES experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read and write in order to prepare daily reports
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to recognize hazards, alarms, and warnings and the ability to convey these to the proper personnel
• Must possess mathematical skills required for certification as an electrician
• Able to speak English
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work at the field
• Must possess good reasoning skills
• Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself or others
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

6. Hydraulic Mechanic

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a High School degree
• 10+ years experiences on a drilling rig in positions of Mechanic, or in a mining / civil environment working with diesel hydraulic equipment including PLC
• Having TRAKINDO or UNITED TRACTOR or HYDRAULIC TOP DRIVES experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read and write in order to prepare daily reports
• Able to speak English
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work at the field
• Must possess good math skills
• Must possess good reasoning ability
• Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself or others
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

7. HSE Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring Engineering or HSE Science
• Min. 5 Years as HSE Manager at Oil & Gas Drilling Company, 10 Years as HSE Supervisor at Oil & Gas Drilling Company
• Having Certificate K3 Migas
• The HSE Manager Must have previous experience of conducting and leading formal safety assessments, QRA, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and ALARP workshops
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skill as well as superior written and oral communication abilities
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Access, Excel and Power point)
• Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent

8. Equipment/Asset Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanic
• Min 8 years in oil and gas experience, specifically related to drilling rig operations
• Fluent in English
• Commercially focused
• Willing to work in rig site area
• Computer literate
• Good communication and leadership skills
