PT. Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia is a well established local manufacturing company In the Chemical Industry, located in Tangerang / Banten areas is looking for a highly self-motivated and talented person for the following positions of:

1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Male, maximum 35 years old, S1 degree majoring in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years experience in managing an electrical engineering team, and preferably having experience with PLC system and TPM in the plastic Industry.

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Male, maximum 35 years old, S1 degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering having at least 5 years experience in managing a team of mechanics, preferably having experience in the plastic Industry. Creativity in modifying system to improve machine performance will be an additional asset.

3. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Male / Female, maximum 40 years old, S1 degree majoring in Chemical Engineering having at least 5 years experience in managing R & D and acknowledge with polymer process system and development in plastic / Master Batch products.

4. PLANT MANAGER
Male, maximum 45 years old, S1 degree majoring in Chemical Engineering will be advantage, having at least 5 years experience in managing, enlarging and developing manufacturing operations, preferably in plastic Industry.

GENERAL PREREQUISITES:
The person must have a strong personality and leadership with good communication skills, be as well computer literate and result oriented. Having a good command in English and Mandarin will be an advantage. The person residing in West Jakarta, Tangerang, Serpong and Banten area will be first considered, unless the person has residence flexibility.
