1. Coal Fired Power Station Shift Supervisor
Directly responsible to Power Generation Superintendent
General Requirements:
- Electrical Engineer of Electrician.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical roles within a Power Station.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 10 years working in Power Stations.
- Formal safety management training.
- Experience in the following areas of importance:
- Power generation and high voltage distribution.
- Coal fired and diesel fired power station operation.
- Formal Project management training.
- Sound Computer skills.
- Synchronizing generators manually.
- Formal people management training.
2. Instrumentation Foreman
- Provide day to day fixed plant electrical maintenance to support all mine departments.
- Fill in for Electrical supervisor as required.
- Experience with troubleshooting and Familiar with Electrical Preventive Maintenance Jobs.
- Able to read PID Drawing.
- Able to use Electrical Tools.
- Investigate and complete formal failure analysis reports on all electrical failures for fixed plant.
- Assist with the development of preventative maintenance practices thorough out site.
- Provide technical assistance to any electrical maintenance activities as requested.
- Qualified D3 Engineering degree of Electrical.
- Minimum 3 year s experience in electrical preventative maintenance; repairs and installation of fixed plant in a processing industry.
- Experience in electrical power generation, distribution system & circuit design, protection & control (including programming) and Electrical CAD.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Willing to work in remote locations.
- Experience in cogeneration from coal fired power & diesel fired power.
- Previous electrical within heavy industry.
3. Electrical Foreman

4. Mechanical Supervisor
- Provide day to day mechanic maintenance to support all mine departments.
- Provide day to day guidance to the power generation team and processing management.
- Drive change through process and implementation.
- Qualified S1 Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in mechanic maintenance supervisor.
- Familiar with lathe machine.
- Experience in Generator & Engine.
- Experience with rotating equipment is a must.
- Hands on with mechanical activity is a must.
- Familiar with coal fired power station maintenance activities.
- Willing to work in remote locations.
- Familiar with computer and Microsoft office.
- Project management capabilities and experience in cost engineering.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- On call and callouts to assist shift personnel as required.
