Electrical/Instrument Maintenance Planner
Position Overview
- Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Planner in Corridor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance including maintenance works performed within the facility in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner to enable continuity of production and minimal equipment downtime.
- The role of the Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Planner is to improve maintenance planning process starting from activity planning, scheduling including material readiness therefore it will improve maintenance performance work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination. Maintenance planner is also responsible to conduct technical review and provide recommendation for any work pack including manpower, materials specification, tools, equipment, 3rdparty services, as well as all documentation needed for complete work packs. This position is expected to provide analysis of maintenance performance KPI for operation & maintenance team in order to achieve high maintenance performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
(Education, Experiences & Certification or Technical Skill requirements)
- Minimum S1 with technical background and 5 years Oil & Gas working experience or D3 graduate with strong related technical background and 7 years working experience in oil and gas industry. Experience in Planning and scheduling would be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years maintenance experience in oil & gas industry or 4 years planning experience in oil & gas industry.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of ‘Process Plants’, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering practices in Oil and Gas Industry
- Have strong sense of electrical maintenance equipment healthiness and reliability.
- Have knowledge in equipment criticality, PM programs and Maintenance performance KPI
- Understands the business impact and key contributing factors on economics.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills are required for access to company documentation and time keeping systems
- Able to work under pressure
