Executive Sous Chef

Requirements:
* Having similar position min. 2/3 years experience
* Strong authentic cuisine skills
* Hands on and ability to import knowledge and coaching ability
* Exposure in 5 stars hotels would be an added advantage
* Strong management and organizational skills
* Good communication skill
