1. FLOOR MANAGER (FM)
To plan and manage all operational activities of assigned floor to achieve sales growth and profitability targets

2. SHOP MANAGER (SM)
To manage, organize, and control operational plan to support the achievement of sales growth and profitability targets.

3. FOOD MARKET STORE MANAGER (FMSM)
To plan and manage all operational activities of assigned store to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

4. HR MANAGER (HRM)
To plan, manage and control HR operational activities such as compensation benefit, organization development, personnel administration and industrial relation.

5. HEALTH & BEAUTY ASST. BRAND MANAGER (HBABM)
To prepare brand related activities plan, manage and control the implementation within Principal’s and company’s vision, values, and guidelines strategic goals with the objective to achieve sales growth and profitability targets

6. FASHION BUYER (FB)
To develop the appropriate brand mix and buy the right product according to the targeted customer profiles.

7. MERCHANDISER (MD)
To manage day to day merchandise function such as stock plan, allocation, mark down, arid analysis

8. FRUIT & VEGETABLES SUPERVISOR (FVS)
To supervise and control fruit and vegetables section’s operational activities to achieve sales growth and profitability target

9. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR (TSS)
To support IT operation such as applications database hardware and network

10. PROGRAMMER SUPERVISOR (PS)
To develop and support IT programs related with VB and net programming

11. VISUAL MERCHANDISER STAFF (VMS)
To support merchandising display activities to achieve higher sales

General requirements:

• Positions 1 – 5 minimum 4 years of experience at the same, position in retail
• Positions 6. 7 & 11 minimum 2 years of experience at the same position in fashion
• Position 8 minimum 2 years of experience at the same position in food market
• Positions 9 & 10 minimum 3 years of experience at the same position
• Position 9 possessed knowledge about Windows OS, SQL Database, handling hardware troubleshooting
