To ensure the growth and performance of the Group to our stakeholders, we are currently looking for high caliber candidates who are trustworthy, skillful, knowledgeable and highly motivated with excellent Managerial and Leadership Quality to fill the various Senior Management positions below:

HEAD OF FINANCE – Property / Hospitality Division Plans, directs, and controls overall financial plans, legal matters and accounting practices within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze strategic and financial plans for the Company and its subsidiaries;
  • Develop periodic short- and long-term financial objectives, policies, budgets, taxes, and operating plans;
  • Oversee the consisten; interpretation, implementation, and realization of the financial plans and policies;
  • Monitor financial data flow and ensure compliance with required standards and regulatory;
  • Research and analyze the company’s competitive environment, acquisition and/or divestment opportunities, product development and other business opportunities in general;
  • Assist in setting up organizational hierarchy and establishment of authority within the group with regards to policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and matters relating to legal and human resources.

Requirements:

  • A recognize degree in Finance and/or Accounting; MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, of which, the last 5 years as Senior Finance Manager.
  • Strong command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of financial markets and related industries.
  • Familiar with the use of IT as tool for financial management.

HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Property / Hospitality Division
Plans, directs, and controls project assigned by the company in the area of property and hospitality development as well as ensuring the longevity of the completed project in the area of repairs, maintenance and expenditures.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing and monitoring all aspects of the project and building maintenance standards; including selecting and engaging consultants, reviewing design and technical specification, prepare budgets, project and maintenance plans and schedule;
  • Develop periodic short- and long-term objectives, policies, and project and maintenance plans;
  • Oversee the consistent interpretation, implementation, and realization of the project and maintenance plans, progress and policies;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with required standards and regulatory;
  • Assist in setting up organizational hierarchy and establishment of authority within the group with regards to policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and matters relating to maintenance and project implementations.

Requirements:

  • A recognize degree in science; i,e. civil, structure, mechanical and electrical. MS is a plus
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, of which, the last 5 years as Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of property markets and related industries.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES – Group Holding Company
Plans, directs, and controls overall human resources practice within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze strategic human resources plans for the Company and its subsidiaries in the area of recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, industrial relations and employee services;
  • Develop periodic short- and long-term human resources objectives, policies, and operating plans;
  • Oversee the consistent interpretation, implementation, and realization ofthe human resources plans and policies;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with required standards and regulatory;
  • Research and analyze the company’s competitive environment in the area of human resources
  • Assist in setting up organizational hierarchy and establishment of authority within the group with regards to policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and matters relating to human resources.

Requirements:

  • A recognize degree in business or science; MS is a plus A minimum of 15 years of experience, of which, the last 3 years as Senior Human Resource Manager.
  • Strong command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of employment markets and related industries.

HEAD OF LEGAL – Group Holding Company
Plans, directs, and controls overall legal practices and standards within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze strategic legal plans forthe Company and its subsidiaries in the area of preservation of assets, regulatory and contractual obligations involving capital market regulations, land-banks / property ownership, joint ventures, leases, licenses, purchases, sales of products and/or services, insurance, employment and related matters;
  • Develop periodic short- and long-term legal objectives, policies, and operating plans;
  • Oversee the consistent interpretation, implementation, and realization of the legal plans and policies;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with required standards, legal and regulatory;
  • Provide legal advice to top management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions;
  • Prepare pertinent legal reports and represent the group in legal proceedings;
  • Serves as liaison with outside law firms and/or may represent in court actions or legal negotiations;
  • Assist in setting up organizational hierarchy and establishment of authority within the group with regards to policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and matters relating to contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • A recognize degree in Law; MS is a plus
  • A minimum of IS years of experience, of which, the last 3 years as Senior Legal Manager.
  • Strong command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of regulatory environment and contractual obligations.
