Head of Research
Job Functions:
- Provide in-depth research.
- Spend significant amount of time in managing the research team.
- Presentations for corporate events and client meetings
Requirements:
- Possesses strong analytical skills. Creativity will be a big plus
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance or Accounting. CFA license is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player, self motivated and hard worker.
Head of Finance
Job Functions
- Plans, directs and controls company’s financial plans and policies and relationships with lending institutions.
- Managing cash flow management for institution.
- Directs functions such as treasury.
Requirements:
- A degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline WPPE and CFA license Is a plus.
- Prior experience from investment banking or banking treasury is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, high standard of ethics and integrity. Strong leadership, good communication and people management skills.
- Able to work hard under high pressure, set priorities, multiple-tasking, and achieve tight deadlines.
Head of Training and People Development
Job Functions:
- Responsible for the development and coordination of all phases of education and training in the organization.
- Confers with management to gain knowledge of identified work situation requiring preventive or remedial training for employees.
Requirements:
- Possesses strong analytical skills. Creativity will be a big plus.
- Degree holder in Psychology or Management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player, self-motivated and hard worker.
Head of General Affair
Job Functions:
- Coordinates outside vendors/contractors and in-house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building and office, facility operations.
- Coordinates inventory control and asset management of all building, equipment and furniture.
- Assists in preparing budget and overseeing expenses. Reconcile invoices, verify payments and question unanticipated budget analysis, or perform other tasks necessary to track and/or report on budgetary developments.
Requirements:
- • Possesses strong analytical skills, creativity, high sense of responsibility and strong desire for continuous improvement. Strong leadership, with good communication and people management skill. Willing to travel, self-motivated and committed.
- Able to work hard under high pressure, set priorities, multiple-tasking, and achieve tight deadlines.
