LLOYD’S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE (LRQA) is a globally distinguished Certification Organization providing value-added certification and training services in ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949, and other specialist Standards. Doe to continued business expansion in Indonesia we seek dynamic candidates for the following 3 appointments.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSOR/HEALTH & SAFETY ASSESSOR
To provide LRQA certification services to clients and to add value to their business.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering from recognized University local or abroad plus a recognized qualification 1, Health & Safety or Environmental.
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience with at least 4 of those years hands –on experience working with Environmental or Health & Safety systems and associated auditing
  • It would be a great advantage if the candidate had experience of both Quality Management System and Health & Safety or Environmental and Quality Management System.
  • A detailed knowledge and experience of ISO 14000 or OHSAS 18000 but must understand and knowledgeable in ISO 9001
  • Able to speak English both spoken and written is a must.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Preferably IRCA Registered.
  • To be base in Surabaya and Jakarta

TS – AUTOMOTIVE ASSESSOR
To provide LRQA certification services to clients and to add value to their business

Requirements:

  • Degree in a Mechanical Engineering related subject
  • Registered Lead Assessor IRCA (International Register of Certificated Assessors
  • Active IATF recognized ISO/TS 16949 auditor is advantage.
  • Have 7 years full time working experience including 2 years in QA hands-on experience working with automotive industry in the past 10 years.
  • Able to speak English both spoken and written is a must.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • To be base in Jakarta

SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a D3 in office administration/marketing/ management or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in management support / telesales / secretarial administration.
  • Support the sales team in preparations for customer meetings, taking of meeting minutes and events with quotes, documentation, facilities, presentations and report
  • Open and maintain customer accounts on the company systems according to company policies and procedures
  • Deal with telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous way
  • Have experience minimal 1 year in sales would be advantage.
  • Able to speak English both spoken and written.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office (word, Excel), Administration Activities. Filling data base.
  • Based in Surabaya.
