HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER – MEDAN

As a member of the Operation Management team, HRBP will coordinate a team of professionals in their respective area of responsibilities such as Industrial Relations Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefit.

In charge for the above essential roles, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree relevant to the above responsibilities
• Having to his her credit a total of more than 7 years working experience in management or any related vocations above managerial level.
• Having working experience and understanding in Finance, sales & marketing or manufacturing area would be considered as a significant plus
• Your strong leadership skill will be testimony to your success in developing and bringing out peoples best abilities.
• Will be based in Medan
