Job Description:
Manage some recruitment activities, covering:
- Assist recruiting team in recruitment process especially in psychological assessment
- Liaise with candidates, Recruiting Agent, universities, users, and other related parties
- Perform several steps of selection process and experience in some Psychological Test Tools
- Provide fixed report of the selection activities and achievement of the target
Responsible in Assessment for Development Plan
Requirement:
- Male
- Graduate from Psychology Professional Program
- Minimum GPA 3.00 scale of 4.00
- Experience in recruiting and assessment center minimum 2 years
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
- Capable to work independent and in team
- Keen to travel to several cities in Indonesia
