General requirements:

• Minimum SMU level and Diploma majoring in related field;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same role, preferably in mining company;
• Having Train for Trainer certificate (1-7);
• Having certificate of their expertise (1-7, 12, 14);
• Having good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
• Willing to be placed at project site (Kalimantan & Sumatra);
