Human Resource Manager

HR Manager will be responsible for the Human Resources department including staff recruitment, training, compensation and compliance.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject. 15 years
experience in Human Resources the bulk of which should be in the Oil & Gas industry. Managerial experience and knowledge of Indonesian Manpower laws and BPMIGAS regulations are also a requirement.
