   I got information from and your advertisement, that your company need some employees, so I am very interesting to take challenge and development my career as Electrical/Instrument Control Engineer or related These jobs .    I am Degree(S-1) graduation from University USU Medan, Indonesia majoring in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Dept. Physics Faculty. I am male, and in good health condition. I am creative, fast adaptation, quick learner type, both able work with a team and able to work independently by own initiative.

   I have 8 years work’s experiences at Engineering, Construction, Installation Projects, Latest I worked at PT. Gold Space Engineering, as Electrical & Instrument Engineer (4 years), (This Company is a Service and Supply for Electrical and Engineering, Construction and Installation Projects) , Previously I have worked at PT Rekayasa Industries as Electrical Instrument Inspector (2 years), (This Company provide for Service and Supply for Engineering, Installation, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Construction for Projects Site), and my experienced was begun at PT Encona Inti industries, as Electrical Engineer (2 years) .

   SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES

   During 3 years since 1999 untill 2002 experience on Assembly Manufacturing whether the job description scope are active to guide a team leader to achieve production target (Output and shipment control ),making schedule of Improvement Activity to supports all production needed whether related to time and motion study, machine capacity – efficiency , and manpower arrangement, daily and monthly Man hours performance control, active to improve and control production expenses ( indirect material) consumption.

   8 years more Experiences in Site Inspection Fabrication since 2003 untill now. Familiar with Code and Standard such ASME, AWS and API. Able to work as a teamwork. Primary function of the job performs the site inspection and follow up activities of the welding and fabrication activity, including piping process, whether the scope related to Piping Metallurgy, Material Properties, Mechanical Properties ( Elasticity, Strength, Toughness, Hardness ), Steel Pipe Manufacturing, Pipe selection, Compositions of Increased Corrosion Resistance, Mechanical Test, Impact test methods, and acceptance criteria, Fluide Service Requirement for materials. Fabrication, Assembly and Erection, Inspection, Examination and Testing,Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing.

   Understanding and have knowledge in an OCTG ( Oil Country Tubular Goods )Manufacturing,

   whether keep some of requirements for OCTG Manufacturing such as Material,Hydrostatics test, Drift testing, Non Destructive Examination ( NDE ),Traceability, Surface preparation, End finishing, Thread and Pipe protection, Pipe Coating, Certification requirements, Marking, and Third Party Inspection.

   Good understanding of technical drawing, Oilfield Standard Specifications and Vendor’s Quality Plan.

   Understanding and have knowledge with threading inspections and Specifications.

   API Spec 5 CT and API Spec 5B – Tubing : 8 rounds,modified, 10 rounds , upset/Non Upset

   – Casing : Buttres, modified, Short round Casing ( SC ), Long round

   Casing ( LC ) and Non API Connection ( Premium Connection ).

   COMPETENCY :

   1)Working proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Ms Word, Excel and Power point ).

   2) Understanding and have knowledge in Statistical Process Control ( SPC ), FMEA , SIX SIGMA,

   Quality Management System( QMS ), QCC , etc.

   3) Understanding and have knowledge in Production Planning Inventory Control ( PPIC )

   4) Well versed in modularized block erection for offshore and oil & gas industry.

   5) Highly experienced in Power Plant Piping, Refinery Piping And Off Shore Piping.

   6) Understanding and have knowledge in Primavera Project Management Enterprise P6

   7) Understanding and have knowledge in an OCTG ( Oil Country Tubular Goods )Manufacturing.

   8) Well versed in welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW for high tensile strength and high yield strength materials

   9) Well versed and have knowledge in Code & Standards such as AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec IX, API 1104, ASME Sec VIII, ISO 11960 ( API 5CT ) and API 5B
