Responsibilities:

• Ensure the protection of the Company’s reputation and interest
• Ensure communication and coordination with other on Legal matter.
• Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
• Anticipate new acts and regulations within the area of responsibility
• Manage legal paper and document filing
• Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion
