1. Deputy Mining Manager (732554)
- Mine Engineering Degree
- Having 10 years experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least 5 years in production/supervision/management role
- Experience in mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and managing staff
- Hold “Utama” operational certificate of Mine Energy Department is essential
2. Deputy Project Service Manager (748465)
- Mine or Civil Engineering Degree
- Having 4 years experience in Superintendent / Management level
- Have mine design concepts & practice, project cost production control, environmental management, system management, understand people management
- Interact & adapt with Mining Operation Group and External Customer
3. Senior Supervisor – Plant (744082)
- Minimum Technical High School /Mechanical Engineer/ 5 years apprentice program
- Minimum of 3 years field experience in large mining or construction industry in similar role (mechanical repair and supervision)
- Familiar with OEM products in Heavy Equipments: Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Motor Graders, Drilling machine
- Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate of Mine Energy Department
4. Engineer – Mine Planning & Scheduling (672435)
- Degree from Mining or Geological Engineering
- Have experience in mining operation practice with minimum of 2 years experience
- Have Mine design concepts & operations in coal mining, scheduling, and planning ski
- Familiar with software i.e. Minescape, Xpac, Talpac
5. Training Officer – Electrical (743478)
- Trade / Electrical engineering qualifications / 5 years apprentice program
- Having 5 years experience within mining industry as Heavy Equipment Electrical or Heavy Equipment Trainer
- Posses Certificate IV in Workplace Training
6. Engineer Plant – Machine Health Analyst (730025)
- Degree from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
- Familiar in service machine analyst, oil analysis, failure analysis, VIMS / ET / MIC / VHMS data analyst
- Familiar with OEM products in Heavy Equipments: Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Motor Graders, Drilling machine
7. Supervisor Drill & Blast (737319)
- Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in drill & blast experience
- Previous management and supervisory experience
- Full understanding of mining environment and its regulations
- Client focus, good time management and problem solving
8. Superintendent Proposal & Cost Control (748845)
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Economic, Finance or Management with minimum 3 year experiences in administration area, 3 years in logistic area and 6 years in finance and analyses area
- Highly motivated, attention to detail; fast learning; able to work under pressure and long hours
- Proficient in communication skills and fluent in English – spoken and written
9. Senior Business Development Representatives (745890)
- Relevant tertiary degree in Strata-1 (S-1) background, with minimum experience for 5 years
- Experience with customer research management databases, Relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable
- General knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desired: construction engineering, mining or oil & gas
- Proficient in presentation/communication skills, fluent in English – spoken and written
General Qualification:
- Good communication in English
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills, team player
- Willing to be located at the mine site
- Good in computer skill
All positions will be based in Kalimantan except # 8 and 9 will be based in Jakarta head office.
