MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL WRITER (CODE : MTW-II/19)

Location : Toka Tindung

The Technical Writer will be part of a group that will be responsible for Planner Supervision job, for maintained the hazard report and incident report in Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for all maintenance department section to comply with the safety standard in PT. MSM and PT.TTN.

Duties:

• Produce SOP for Mechanical,Electrical, Rigging & General activity/works.
• Identify improvements the SOP if they have changes the safety rule.
• Coordination with Supervisor every section and Safety Department for improve the SOP.
• Mentor and assist apprentices assigned to the all Member Maintenance Department.
• Communicate effectively with Training Facilitator if they any training must done for implementation the new SOP.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered. Some of this experience must have been in a supervisory role;
• Have experience make a SOP for maintenance process plant;
• Exposure to the field of maintenance management would be well regarded;
• Has additional related courses to trade discipline;
• Able to speak & write in English;
• Consistent under pressure;
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word;
• Posses Driver’s license
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
