MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)

We have proven succeed record to develop people who were not coming from mining educational background, into people who have capabilities to act as Assistant Project Manager at site.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Minimum GPA is 3.25
• Age, maximum 27 years old, by September 2009
• Preferred has 1 year experience in any position in any industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to  apply
• Having excellent leadership skill, analytical skill, and conceptual thinking.
• Wiling to learn and high achiever.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Wiling to be located in mining area for certain times
