Management Trainee Programme

Join our “Challenge initiative” programme and you’ll be embarking on a two-year training programme that will equip you with all the personal and professional skills you need to succeed in a major multinational business.

In this unique progamme you will be assigned in specific function that suits with your background and career passion. Upon completion of the programme, the Incumbent will graduate into junior management position within the function.

The opening is for:
MT Leaf (Any disciplines and agriculture background will be an advantage)

• Candidates will be fresh graduates or have not more than 2 year experiences. They should come from a reputable university where they have achieved a bachelor (preferably Master) degree with and GPA of at least 3.00 in scale of 4.00 or above 75% of the total range and couple with outstanding extra-curricular activities.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• The candidates will also need to be able to work under pressure circumstances and tight deadlines have excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills; and high mobility. Successful candidates will be offered competitive remuneration package and equipped with first-class training and development programme.
