Harsono Hermanto Strategic Consulting is an independent business advisory firm providing business, investment, tax and customs advisory services to multinational corporations, joint ventures and domestic companies operating in a wide range of business sectors.

Position and Role
Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions!

• Manager
• Associate Manager
• Supervisor
• Senior Consultant

The successful candidate should be able to (i) provide competent, practical and timely advice and compliance services to clients, (ii) work as part of a team handling multiple projects and cases, and (iii) liaise with clients at all levels of an organization.

Our dynamic environment requires individuals who demonstrate initiative and who are self-motivated, proactive and have strong analytical skills. All applicants should be proficient in both oral and written English, and possess excellent computer skills. A bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or tax from an accredited university is required.

Applicants for the position of Senior Consultant and above must have relevant knowledge and experience, and be familiar with tax compliance and reporting issues as well as handling of tax audits and disputes. Prior experience working in an international accounting firm or a large multinational company is an advantage.

Applicants for Manager must also have a proven track record at the managerial level (at least 3 years), knowledge of a variety of tax subjects, and a thorough understanding of Indonesian tax procedures, regulations and their implementation in practice. Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities are also required.
