POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Explore promote and create more service business within marine market.
• Achieve sales target, margin and A/R.
• Market understanding : competitions market friends, product substitution.
• Capture opportunities by maintaining/developing close relation with customers and market players in the segment also understanding customer business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, other technical or engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position and focused experience in power generation Sales & Marketing in Marine industry.
• Good connection to most of ship owners and shipyards in Indonesia.
• Excellent selling skill.
• High level integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-oriented.
• Good written and spoken, communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
