We are a leading commercial landlord in the Jakarta CBD and have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to fill the following position on the World Trade Center II project team:

MEP MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Senior MEP Manager
• Review design drawings & technical specifications and provide value added input
• Evaluate tender/contractor submissions & provide recommendations to management
• Review of shop drawings, RFI & material approval submissions
• Identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications
• Oversee the Resident Engineer, contractor’s quality of work, quality acceptance and ensure works are carried out in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications in a timely manner
• Work with other disciplines and carry out necessary coordination

Requirements

• Male / Female minimum 40 years old
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Computer literacy is a must
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in project, development with good design and construction knowledge in LV, MV and electronics
• At least 8 years of experience in M&E Consultancy with the remaining years working for Construction Management Team or Developer implementing Construction Projects
• Team player with strong initiative, planning and leadership skills
