PT. H&H Utama International seeks experienced person to fill Operation Manager Position to be placed in Balikpapan office. The candidate should possess the following requirements:

OPERATION MANAGER

• Graduate S1 in Industrial Technology, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Having 3 years working experience in capital projects, especially in project of large oil & mining companies
• Understand project management tools and techniques
• Good knowledge and experience in coordination and supervision with various departments in organization.
• Good knowledge of coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support when necessary
• Good knowledge and sufficient experience in project cost estimation
• Good knowledge in contract administration and supply chain management
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiar with technical and project documentation
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment
