FIELD SERVICE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (K.FSDS)
Reporting to Service Manager, this challenging position will be responsible for all facilities related to implement for Workshop Standard, Develop Workshop Business Operation and Support P&A Marketing and Planning activities.
SUPPLY CHAIN (K.SC)
Reporting to GPSC Manager, this challenging position will be responsible to develop and implement commodity strategies in order to ensure continuous supply and availability of all production and maintenance materials. Identify and manage potential existing industry sources and manage supplier base. This role will also have to facilitate relevant validations such as audit, background checks, site visits supplier presentations.
Requirements for K.FSDS & K.SC positions:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or D3 in Technical Engineering or Automotive from reputable University
- Fluent in both spoken and written English will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using computerized appliances
- Has experience in Automotive industry mainly in workshop especially dealer workshop at least 3 years experience or in Manufacturing Company (K.FSDS)
- Has training from 4 wheel technical automotive at ATPM in mechanical and electronic (K.FSDS)
- Has minimum 3 years experiences as team leader or workshop head in car dealership and as a mechanic especially in mechanical and electronic areas (K.FSDS)
- Has Strong & Costing knowledge and negotiation/Persuasive skills (K.SC)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain preferably in the automotive industry (K.SC)
- Preferably female (K.SC)
BILLS of MATERIALS & ENGINEERING CHANGES SPECIALIST (K.BOM&ECS)
Reporting to BOM and Engineering Changes Manager, this position will be responsible to provides accurate BILL of Material for Parts Ordering and Inventory Control. This position will be responsible of the engineering Change Coordination, Local Specification Activities, Model Year related changes and analyze Bill of Material to confirm accuracy.
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or computer science or general sciences from reputable University
- Has experience in automotive industry or related parts of manufacturing environment within Product or Manufacturing Engineering or Production Control/ Production Readiness area for a minimum 3 years
- Fluent in both spoken and written English will be an advantage
PACKAGING ENGINEER (K.PACK.ENG)
Reporting to Plant Manager this position will be responsible to support packaging strategy and continuous improvement, CKD Operation, Interface with GM Thailand CKD customers and their packaging engineers, for problem resolution. This challenging position will also support the primary link between GM Thailand and a Packaging Engineer supplier for CKD Business, provide them the operations for packaging requirements for Press and Body shop pans for CKD,
PRODUCT ENGINEERING (K.PE)
Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager ASEAN based, this challenging position will be accountable for Local Design and Development – Performs engineering tasks as directed in the development of components and suppliers to support program local content requirements. Support launch and subsequent program requirements in Part releasing (CKD and local part releasing). This position will also be responsible in implementing design changes on CKD and local parts and support all manufacturing areas to assist in the resolution any engineering issues.
Requirements for K.PACK.ENG & K.PE positions:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable University
- Language: Proficiency in local language along with English-written, spoken and comprehension is very important
- Has Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing processes
- Capable to co-ordinate and participate in various vehicle tests to ensure locally developed parts meet required engineering standards (K.PE)
- Has experience at least for 3 years in Product Engineering Knowledge in Manufacturing Industry (K.PE)
- Preferred experience in Packaging design and/ or formal training (K.PE)
