Established in 1992 as a subsidiary of Tiara Marga Trakindo group PT Sumberdaya Sewatama (SS) is a leading provider of rental power solutions in Indonesia. As part of it s vision and strategy to become a full Power Solutions Provider, SS is aligning it s organization to defend & grow it s market leadership in diesel power rental business while growing power business beyond it.
Recently we are looking for high potential candidates to fulfill the challenging position in our established organization.
1. Maintenance Strategic (Code: MS-S) & Planning Superintendent (Code: MP-S)
Main Roles: responsible for providing strategic direction & planning scheduling services to all Equipment Management functions, which includes Diesel Engine Generating Machine, Gas Engine Generating Machine, Auxiliary System of Diesel Power Plant including Electrical Attachment, Diesel Engine, Dewatering Pump and Miscellaneous Equipment.
2. ICT Superintendent (Code: ICT-S)
Main Roles: Directing and developing ICT strategy and plan, coordinating and controlling ICT implementation, to ensure reliable information technology support and ensure its usage effectively.
3. Commercial Analyst (Code: CA)
Main Roles: To obtain interpretative analysis, documentation & produce reports based on the business financial analysis and may give verbal presentation.
4. Marketing Communication (Code: MCOM)
To ensure effectively communication internal and external communication to support promotion strategy and aligning with SS business.
5. Procurement Specialist (Code: PROC)
Main Roles: Performs purchasing duties to ensure adequate office supplies, equipment and other materials are available to meet the operating needs of the company.
6. Application Engineering (Code: CVL; ELC; MECH; PRO)
Main Roles: Assist in the overall operation focusing in Engineering aspect with the following action; supporting in construction including development of new design as project needed (remodels and conversions) to Civil Engineers (CVL). Performs detailed electrical engineering design as needed on project either power generation and centrifugal pump for Electrical Engineer (ELC). To ensure mechanical aspect as market requirements to determine commercial aspect for Mechanical Engineer (MECH). To ensure power system installed compliance with contract requirement and the quality control plan for Project Controller (PC).
7. Sales Contract Analyst (Code: SCA) and Sales Engineer (Code : SLS)
Main Roles: Analyze contract, especially for contract period ending and getting approach to customer who close to end of contract and update administrations (SCA). Main Roles : Maximum sales in rental equipment for Genset, Pumpset and other equipments related with power rental business with strong commitment to achieved maximum target (SLS).
8. Secretary for Senior Management (Code : SEC)
Main Roles: Perform preparation to support arrangement of meeting of meeting, business travel, correspondent, events management and general office administration.
9. Finance/Accounting Coordinator (Code : FAC)
Main Roles: Maintain, record, and reconcile general journal, daily cash receive, ensuring in balance, and also perform control of provision to analyze and evaluate financial performance report.
General Qualification:
The incumbents must have relevance experience in power generation, heavy equipment, manufacture, mining or oil & gas industries with qualifications as follows:
A. Engineering degree with relevant experience at minimum 7 years for positions no. 1 and 3 years experience for positions no. 6.
B. Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Public Relation, Business Administration or related degree with relevant experience at minimum 5 years for position no. 3, and 2 years experience for positions no. 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9.
C. Information Management degree, Engineering degree or relevant general business background, with 7 years in IT for position no. 2.
