Expression of Interest – Tabang Coal Upgrading Plant (TCUP)

One of our project, located in Tabang, East Kalimantan is required the staff positions to enable the operation of the facility to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for 7,000 operating hours per annum. The process plant upgrades low rank sub-bituminous through a drying and agglomerating million tones per annum. The TCUP facility also has a small coal fired power station to supply energy to the TCUP.
PROCESS PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR (Job No. 531094)
Reporting to Operations Superintendent, You will manage the day to day operations of the Raw Coal Handling, Production Plant and Product Handling facilities; Reporting raw coal stockpile and product production rates; Ensuring product quality and sampling regimes are fulfilled, responsible for production according to according to plan and specification white ensuring efficient operation, loss control and reliable reporting of plant performance; Develop training and operating procedures to optimize operator and plant performance; training and subsequent performance monitoring of operating personnel; Responsible for health and safety at the plant; Responsible for implementation of lock out and tag out and other relevant site safety procedures; Responsible for on-going training of operational staff; Responsible for implementation of house-keeping to meet house-keeping standards; Responsible for environmental plan compliance within area of responsibility; Provide leadership and motivation while promoting a harmonious working environment
To be successful, You must have minimum 7 years experience in a coal/minerals process plant in a supervisory role; Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in coal or mineral processing; Relevant safety accreditation training; Excellent communication (written & oral) skills in both English and Indonesian; Computer literate, competent in MS-Office programs.
