PRODUCT AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT MANAGER
(This is a regional position for Tupperware South East Asia based in Jakarta)

The incumbent will Lead the product planning and inventory management process in partnership with the Asia Pacific production team in Korea on mold shuttling, sourcing plan, shared promotion production to develop optimal product plans that provide excellent customer service while reducing/minimizing inventory levels.

The requirements are:

• University degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in developing product/marketing plans
• Experience in dealing with manufacturing and distribution at a senior level
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross functional partners and vendors
• Strong influential and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and logistics
• Fluent in English and preferably one Asian language
• Strategic thinker as well as efficient and professional implementer
