The British Council in Indonesia is recruiting for the post of
PROGRAMMES OFFICER
Jakarta, 1 (one) position
IDR 8,985,000 gross monthly salary and excellent benefits
The post holder will work with the UK Education Manager to contribute to and support, facilitate and deliver programmes, events and project outcomes, working with partners and stakeholders to meet the Council’s strategic objectives in Higher Education programmes, This position is offered for a fixed period oft year initial contract (renewable)
Key duties of this post include:
- Partnerships and relationships management with Indonesian and UK institutions
- Market research
- Planning and managing of projects / events
- Identification of opportunities, including negotiation and discussions with potential partners / sponsors
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate evidence of:
- Strong sense of achievement in project delivery and customer service orientation
- Experience of building and maintaining relationship for influence
- Excellent communication skills
- Project and contract management skills
- An English language IELTS score of 6.0
