1. QAHSE Manager
Responsibility:
- Ensure that the Company policy for QAHSE is developed, maintained, implemented and evaluated
- Ensure that all activities in Company operation carried out as per Company QAHSE Management System
- Ensure that all of the establish control methods, procedures and program are effectively implemented compliance with all government regulation and company policies
- Monitor the implementation of QAHSE Management System and its effectiveness
- Advise Senior Management, Department Head, Project Management Team, and External Parties concerning of QAHSE matters
- Ensure adequate manpower resources both office and project site
Requirement:
- Min S1 in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
- Min 5 years in similar position in oil and gas industry
- Well knowledge on development and evaluation of QAHSE Management System
- Fluent in English both oral and written
2. Sr. QAQC Engineer
Responsibility:
Manage QC activities in project proposal & project execution
Requirement:
- Min S1 in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 10 years experiences as QAQC Engineer in projects for Oil & Gas industry
- Able to perform quality control at shop & field
- Min Welding Inspector certified from B4T
3. QA Engineer
Responsibility:
- Maintain that all personnel follow the requirement of Company QMS & Safety Management System in detail below:
- Planning / prepare audit schedule and audit item
- Perform internal & external audit on implementation of Company QA Manual at interval of (six month) and prepare audit report
- Monitoring implementation of Company QA Manual on daily base in Jakarta Office
- Maintain & expedite Non Conformance report (for quality system)
- Ensure that the NCR has been closed out at the agreed time
- Assist QA/QC Manager to develop, maintain, and evaluating of QMS & Safety Management System
Qualification:
- Min S1 Degree from Mechanical Engineering
- Min 4 year experiences in similar position at EPC company for Oil & Gas industry
- Good knowledge with ISO 9001:2000 / OHSAS 18001
- Having Lead Assessor / Internal Auditor Certificate
- Fluent in English both oral & written
4. Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Distribute for incoming calls to related department
- Assist for other departments for administration works
Requirement:
- Min graduated from D3, but fresh graduated welcome to apply
- Good in English both oral and written
- Good in operate computer and using MS Office
