Format: Position (Job code): minimum 9 years of relevant experience

Regional Head (Code: RH): 12 years Experience in Commercial, SME Marketing (including minimum 5 years Experience as branch manager of full branch)

• Marketing Specialist with proven customer network
• Certificate of Risk Management (BSMR) level 2 required

Branch Manager (Code: BM): 4 years experience in Commercial or SME Banking

• Performance oriented marketing leader
• Certificate of Risk Management (BSMR) level 1 required

Relationship Manager (Code: RM): 2 years experience in SME or Retail Banking

• Aggressive and active attitude with appropriate knowledge for credit
• Marketing and networking excellence

Risk Management Unit Head (Code: SKMR Head): 7 years experience in relevant field

• Risk management expert with full understanding of related regulation
• Certificate of Risk Management (BSMR) level 3 required

General Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (with minimum GPA of 2.75 for BM and RM)
• Good communication skill in English (Hokkien or Mandarin skills appreciated for RM/BM/RH) Good knowledge of credit policy and forex.

Job Location: Jakarta (All position) and Bandung (BM and RM)
