1. Risk Engineer FPU
Experience: International
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years relevant in area of projects management (e.g. quality assurance, interface & risk management) preferable in Upstream Oil & Gas business.

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master degree in HES or relevant technical discipline – Master degree would be an advantage.
- Proficient with Oil and Gas GOI certification and permitting processes.
- Preferable with minimum 15 years of related experience in oil and gas industries and in major capital projects.
- Have experiences on obtaining equipment and facility certificates from DitJen Migas, permits and/or license from one or more of GOI Agencies, i.e. DitJen Hubud, DitJen Postel, DitJen Hubla, KLH and BLH.
- Have experiences in obtaining permits and approval process from East Kalimantan Province agencies (BLH, Adpel, Syahbandar, etc.), especially for oil and gas project.

- Provide detailed Migas certificates and permits process mapping, including relevant stakeholder agencies and positions.
- Execute IDD Strategic Plan of Project Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Assurance, and provide any feedback for continuous improvement.

5. GIS Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for managing GIS data and analysis required for the IDD project. Ensures that quality and accurate data are uploaded into the system. Work closely with IBU GIS team in utilizing the tools to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates data collection from all project sites and upload to the GIS System. Data can be project data and survey data such as engineering, survey, geophysical/geotechnical, HES, and drilling data.
- Provide support and data analysis to the project team on the data interpretation and maps
- Works closely with IBU GIS team on the GIS related infrastructures and applications
- Prepare budget and plan for the GIS requirements for the project

Job Responsibility:
- Manages the planning and execution of the Gendalo-Gehem subsea pipelines and equipment.
- Lead and manage all aspects pre-commissioning and commissioning of subsea pipelines and flow lines; subsea structures such as trees, manifolds, PLETS/PLEMS and associated umbilicals, and flying leads (hydraulic, electrical and fiber optic).
- Review detailed design documents; ensure alignment with commissioning requirements. Develop a consolidated plan for subsea commissioning activities.
- Coordinate export pipeline commissioning with the ORF team. Review ORF design documentation for alignment with commissioning plans.
9. Site Support Coordinator

Job Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years experience on major capital projects (projects valued at $250 million or greater), preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Minimum of 7 years experience in coordinating project support services such as experience in managing remote-site logistics, and perhaps will have worked for companies like ES-KO, SODEXHO, and ESS/Compass.
- Experience in building a work team (defining positions; hiring staff) and supervising personnel
- Customer-oriented with ability to serve multiple customers and to work in a multi-team / multicultural environment
- Experience directing the work of contracted service providers, including negotiating cost/services with providers
- Comfortable with computers; good user-level knowledge of Windows operating system; some knowledge/aptitude toward IT networking

Job Responsibility:
The Jakarta-based Site Support Coordinator (the position we are currently trying fill) is the person who will hire and supervise this collection of site-based, geographically-dispersed Administrators. For the Gendalo- Gehem Project, there will be at least three sites (potentially 4-6 sites total) at which Company will locate a significant number of our team members; for example:
- A fabrication site, possibly in Batam, with 60-80 of our team members
- Another fab site in Korea or China with 30-50 team members
- An engineering and fab site in Singapore with ~25 team members.
At each of these locations, our team members will be there to focus on managing our EPC contractors and managing the Project. The responsibility will include:
- Display visible commitment to promoting an incident- and injury-free culture on the project, and expect the same commitment from subordinates and contractors.
- Identify / select, and then lead / supervise, a team of Site Administrators to:
- Ensure that the necessary maintaining the integrity and continuity of IT connectivity between all project sites and IDD headquarters, but they will be based in Jakarta.
- Safely and effectively mobilize and demobilize all IDD personnel and associated equipment to and from project sites.
- Ensure consistency and sharing of lessons across sites; prepare project procedures as may be necessary. Visit project sites on a regular basis (e.g. regular domestic and/or international travel to project sites).
- Manage travel arrangements for Jakarta-based team members, including air travel, ground transport, and accommodations. Coordinate approvals for all travelers into Kalimantan, for all international travel, and for all international visitors to Indonesia.
- Coordinate with KLO Operations to ensure smooth interface for travelers needing to go offshore using marine and/or aviation services.
- Manage office space at IDD”s headquarters in Jakarta, including managing office/space utilization and any necessary office moves.
