• Bachelor Degree (S1 of any discipline) with at least 3 years experiences in Sales & Marketing would be an advantage and preferably in FMCG, Good in planning and organizing, communication skill, advanced in analysis & target achievement oriented, developing people/team and highly motivated people, good and health personality, and fast & able to work under tight deadlines and reach the expected result by doing right process / procedure.

Business Development Representative, responsible in executing activities to drive profitable sales growth. Maintaining business relationship with key customers within area of responsibility, ensuring correct execution through regular market visit and route riding and provide feedback to BDR team on market opportunities, ensuring compliance with relevant company rules and regulations, developing the existing outlets and opening new outlet
To succeed in taking the aforementioned challenges, you are expected to present the following qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3 of any discipline) with at least 1 year of relevant experience would be an advantage, good looking and good communication skill, advanced in analysis, target achievement oriented and able to work in a team, good initiative and able to capture marketing opportunities, having strong leadership, discipline, good and health personality and fast & able to work under tight deadlines and reach the expected result by doing right process / procedure.
