Finance & Accounting Department

Billing Manager (location: Jakarta)
Report directly to Finance Director. This position is responsible to manage Billing team in order to ensure clean invoices production correctly and timely revenue invoicing to our customers, to deliver best in class billing efficiency by ensuring and and timely billing in order to ensure timely payments nd to prevent invoicing enquiries, monitor and analyse billing process and activities in order to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: bachelor degree with 7 years of billing experience with minimum 3 years experience in managerial level, strong people management with motivational abilities, extensive knowledge of transport industry (local and international), Project Management skills, Financial skills, knowledge of local fiscal requirements and excellent verbal and written English skills.

Operational Department

National Gateway Manager (location: Jakarta)
Report directly to Operations Director. This position is responsible to organize, review and take corrective action to ensure Gateway operations (Import, Warehouse, Gateway and FCC Linehaul) provide the optimum service quality for our customers, cost effectiveness and adhere to group sundards.

Qualifications: bachelor degree with minimum 7 years experience in similar position, strong people management with motivational abilities, analytical thinking excellent verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using MS Office.

Airfreight Supervisor (location: Jakarta)
Report directly to Special Services Manager This position is responsible to maximize airfreight revenue opportunities from various types of inquiries.This position also must ensure rate development in line with commercial policy and to ensure the smoothness of products operational handling including to provide regular reporting related to freight services business.

Qualifications: minimum bachelor degree with 5 years experience in airfreightitransportation industry, customer oriented, strong leadership, good communication skills, excellent verbal and written English skills & computer literate.

Regional Branch Department

Depot Manager (location: Batam)
Report directly to Depot General Manager.

This position is responsible to achieve branch target, lead a team of Batam branch, maintain relationship with existing and potential customer, develop the network, ensure operational excellence, monitor debtor performance, and handle customer service matters.

Qualifications: bachelor degree, minimum 5 years experience in sales/branch management, strong people management with motivational abilities, excellent business acumen, analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written English skills.

Sales & Marketing Department

Major Account Manager (location: Jakarta, Surabaya)
Report to Depot Manager Sumbaya/National Major Account Manager. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships within their local area in order to achieve the profitable growth of a portfolio of pre-determined existing and prospect Major Account.

Qualifications: minimum bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years sales experience and have a proven sales record, a highly motivated individual who driven meet the company’s target is essential, excellent communication skills, familiarity in using Ms, Office, highly presentation and interpersonal skills. This position required Jobholder must have driving license and own car.

Marketing Supervisor (location: Jakarta)
This position is responsible to manage marketing activities though all possibility channels (below and above the line) to enhance TNT’s positioning and brand awareness in the market for supporting sales program in driving revenue generation and customer engagement

Qualifications: bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing brand, creative, excellem, communication skills, good people management with motivational abilities, excellent verbal and written English skills and Familiarity in using MS Office.

Sales Executive (location: Jakarta, Surabaya, Batam, Semarang)
Report directly to Jakarta Field Sales Manager/Depot Manager and work closely with Telemarketing as a team.This position is responsible to grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers. Development of existing customers, Improvement of revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of TNT products and solutions.

Qualifications: bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, proven track in achieving sales target excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, Familiarity in using Ms, Office, Good verbal and written English skills. This position  required jobholder must have driving license and  own car.
