Sales Operation Manager (code: SOM)

Reporting to Brand Manager, the right incumbent will be in-charge for the smooth running of daily operations at stores and responsible to:

• Direct and manage salespersons to achieve the nationwide sales target.
• Establish a high quality of customer service.
• Implement retail business strategy and be responsible for the profit & loss of the stores.

The successful candidates should have at least university degree preferably overseas graduates with more than 5 years (SOM) of proven excellent track record in sales & marketing of international lifestyle fashion products. A result-oriented person who deeply understands niche marketing and has strong analytical and strategic thinking is a compulsory. S/he should be dynamic and aggressive persons who are independent and able to lead the sales team to achieve the sales target with solid coordination and management skills.
