SALES REPRESENTATIVE: (Code: SR)
As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities are to maintain business relationship with customers, develop the existing outlets and opening new outlets in JABODETABEK, Banten and Bandung area, minimal Diploma Degree (D3) of any discipline, Having motorcycle & Driving License (SIM C), Ability to drive profitable sales growth. Core competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. Leadership competencies required: Planning and Executing.

DISTRICT SALES MANAGER: (Code: DSM)
As district Sales Manager, your main responsibilities are to Lead Sales Representative Team in order to develop market within given area of responsibility in JABODETABEK, Banten and Bandung area. Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) of any discipline, Driving License (SIM A), minimal 2 years of relevant experience, ability to drive profitable sales growth through supervising excellent execution to generate sustainable growth by developing sales volume & net sales revenue (NSR) and clearly communicated to all designated team, Supervise and control the implementation of market development initiatives and marketing program (NPD, up lifting customer business), excellent in-outlet execution in term of visibility according to standard/Picture of Success, Ensure accuracy credit, excellent customer service by managing business relationship with all key customers. Core competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication and Influencing, Problem Solving and Collaboration. Leadership competencies required: Planning and Executing, Developing Others and Managing Performance.
