Secretary for Regional Manager (SRM)
Responsibility:
Provide personal administrative support to management by handling administrative duties and activities, arrange and confirm appointment with multinational organization, able to set up and maintain filling systems or database.
Qualifications:
- Degree from D3 or S1 IPK min. 2.7, majoring in Business Management or Secretary.
- Outstanding organization and communication skills;
- Honest and able to preserve confidentiality:
- Details and process oriented:
- Min. 3 years experiences as secretary at reputable company;
- Female, Single, Age Max. 30 years old with good appearance;
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Energetic, independent, target oriented and able to work under extreme pressure;
- Willingness to learn continuously and improve;
- Good interpersonal skills and self motivated:
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
- Computes literate (Windows and Office application).
