To strengthen our team in the area of Semiconductor Packaging we are looking for a committed Specialist in IC and MEMS Packaging.

Your responsibilities:

• You will act as an interface between the BOSCH semiconductor plant in Reutlingen/Germany and the assembly and test plant of our supplier in Batam/Indonesia
• Support of daily communication between BOSCH/Reutlingen and the supplier at both engineering and management levels
• Handling of quality, engineering, performance and delivery issues

Your profile:

• Degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in assembly technology and production
• Profound knowledge of English
• High self-assertion
• Good communication skill
