SENIOR ASSOCIATE & ASSOCIATE for LITIGATION Department
SENIOR ASSOCIATE & ASSOCIATE for CORPORATE Department

General Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 40 years old (Senior Position) & maximum 35 years old (Associate Position) Excellent academic record from a recognized law school
• Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team Possess an advocate license from PERADI

Requirements for Litigation Dept.:

• Minimum 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) experience in litigation work (bankruptcy, criminal & civil law)
• Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments (commercial & criminal) covering multiple levels of courts
• Experienced in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients during legal proceedings

Requirements for Corporate Dept.:

• Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in Corporate Law Firm
• Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements & capital market
• Excellent command in English communication skills
