Senior Business Development Manager

Ideally this person should have the following:

• Degree in agriculture related subject. A Masters is preferable.
• Experience in selling fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides to the agriculture industry.
• Capable salesperson — someone who is a self starter, who can meet and convince senior R & D personnel, senior plantation managers, agronomists, etc,
• Able to communicate well in English

A person like this will probably be above 30 years old. Preferably, he has worked with a Multinational company and has experience dealing with overseas principals. He should be someone who is willing to travel extensively.
