We are a leading commercial landlord in the Jakarta CBD and have an opportunity fora highly motivated individual to fill the position of:

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Requirements:

• Male or Female, maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any subject
• Property or Hotel Management experience essential of which 8 years at management level
• Proven track record managing teams and budgets
• Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus
• High standard of written and spoken English
• IT literate, inducing MS Word, Excel etc.

Accountabilities:

• Reporting to General Manager, PT Jakarta Land
• Ensure high quality operations management in an A-Grade office portfolio covering over 130.000 square meters
• Area of responsibility covers security, housekeeping, landscaping. tenant liaison and customer service
• Lead departmental budget process
• Develop and manage a multi-function team, maintaining high performance standards
• Maintain and manage tenant relationships Salary
• Commensurate with experience and responsibilities
