Superintendent HSE Training (Balikpapan based)

Responsibility:

• Responsible to manage, develop and coordinate HSE Training for all Projects.

Requirements:

• Should have at least Tertiary education or Diploma, preferably AK3 or POM certified
• Have minimum 5 years experience as a OH&S Professional with at least 1-2 years training experience, preferably in a major international mining company.
• Have good presentation and training skills
• Good in English and MS Office
• Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Superintendent Plant Training (Balikpapan based)

Responsibility:

• Responsible to manage, develop and coordinate Plant Training for all Projects.

Requirements:

• Should completed at least an accredited Apprentice Program
• Have min 5 years experience as a Plant front line manager
• Experience on Development & Training Packages, training design and delivery – in a major international mining company would be an advantage.
• Good in English and MS Office
• Comprehensive understanding of maintenance procedures and requirements relates to Company equipments.
• Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
