SUPPLY PLANNING ANALYST II (SPA II)
Responsible for execution of supply planning. Logistics and/or tactical operation processes within Factory and/or Factory Group in support of on time manufacturing and cost effective delivery of quality product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering from an accredited University.
- Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
- Having ability to make good decision, deliver result as well as lead and influence others.
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer software programs.
- Excellent organizational skill and ability to work with little supervision.
Responsible for providing analysis to the Category Team and the Costing organization Defines and measures the financial impact of various product strategies, initiatives and assist the Category and the Global Costing Team to achieve the Gross Price Margin targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance. Business, Economics and Industrial Engineering from an accredited University
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, cost or lean accounting, manufacturing or footwear product creation.
- Must demonstrate skills in problem solving and result orientation.
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills.
- Competence in using computer, proficiency in data mining skills and tools.
MATERIALS MANAGER I (MM I)
The primary responsibility for this position is acting as primary NLO Materials contact to assigned Product Creation Teams with focus on material development/innovation, ensuring materials integrity and driving all related material development activities through to Production
Requirements
- Bachelor of Master Degree in Materials, Business Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited University.
- Minimum of 2 years of footwear industry experience is preferred
- Having thorough understanding of product creation and manufacturing process timelines
- Good understanding of raw material manufacturing processes (synth, textiles and leathers)
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer software programs.
